Bach Flower Remedies

I remember being introduced to Bach Flower Therapy in my first year of Naturopathic study and I also remember my skeptical attitude towards them as “I am not interested in energy healing of any kind”!

Despite my negative attitude, our tutor insisted that we all try them out on ourselves by choosing something we would like to work on, selecting our remedies, and making up a treatment bottle. I had chosen my long-standing case of eczema to work on and expected that it would work as well as any other treatment I had tried, which was not at all. You can imagine my surprise (even shock) when the eczema that had plagued me for years began clearing up within a week of taking them! I have seen these kinds of dramatic results many times since then, and so I am no longer a skeptic but instead, I am so in love with Bach Flower Remedies that I use them more than any other natural remedy!

Bach Flowers are thought of primarily for healing emotional issues but because of the close link between emotional health and physical health. I find them useful as at least an addition to any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual issue.

Bach Flowers can be taken alone, or along with any other form of traditional or alternative medicine. Unlike other homeopathic treatments, they can be taken with food and are not made ineffective by coffee.

Bach Flower Remedies are completely safe for all age groups, with no side effects. You can not overdose on Bach Flowers and if you take the “wrong” remedy, it will do no harm and will simply not work.

In my experience, Bach Flowers are the gentlest, and safest, of all naturopathic treatments and although their effects are often subtle and steady, they can sometimes, like in the case of my eczema be not subtle at all!

If you are yet to try Bach Flowers then I hope you will feel encouraged to give them a go and if you are already a fan like me then I hope that the information on this website will help you as you continue to enjoy the amazing benefits they have to offer.

Namaste,

Dewdrop
